Due to seeing tabloid photos of Scialfa and Springsteen, Phillips filed for divorce. In 1990, Springsteen and Scialfa had a son named Evan and they married the next year. Scialfa was in it for the long haul as she helped him battle bouts of depression and other things.

Gloria and Emilio Estefan

Later they changed the name to the Miami Sound Machine and signed with CBS. After touring for years in Latin America fusing pop with their Cuban rhythms, Gloria came up with the idea to make English songs. While the label executives complained, her idea worked with the smash hit “Conga.” Since then she and her husband not only have broke barriers in music, but they have a slew of great Cuban restaurants and investments in hotels that have garnered them a fortune. Despite McGraw’s partying and drinking problem, Hill stayed on to support him. He mentioned the issue in 2014 in Men’s Health magazine where he talked about getting his life back together for his family. They’ve done a duet song, a joint residency, and a co-headlining tour together.
